This brand new condo on our rental program is GORGEOUS! Beautifully decorated and updated with all new stainless steel appliances, brand new walk in shower in the Master Bathroom and all new furnishings.

Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony.

Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use.

Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

"This is a beautiful property that is curated and artfully decorated. The lighting fixtures alone are gorgeous particularly the Chihuly (is it real?) inspired entrance chandelier. The views from the 16th floor are breathtaking for the ultimate sunsets and the spaces are very comfy yet luxurious. Please take care of this rental and treat it with respect so I can come back again to have another exceptional adventure on the Gulf of Mexico in resort style grandeur. Our host provided excellent communication and it was clear this pristine property is cleaned professionally."

"If you are looking for beautiful accommodations, breathtaking views, and amenities like you would find on a cruise- LOOK NO FURTHER! Once you arrive, you literally wouldn’t have to leave! Best of all of the condos we have stayed in at Portafino and we've stayed in quite a few. Well stocked with high end appliances and kitchen gadgets. Newly remodeled condo with a beautifully updated kitchen. Has a large screen television and the view is unbeatable with both ocean and sound right from your balcony. Beds are very comfortable and the master bath has been newly remodeled. Pictures really don't do it justice. You won't be disappointed. Also loved the "chihuly" glass fixture at the entrance. We will definitely stay in this condo again!!!!!

"Best decorated condo in the Portofino Island Resort (IMHO) as we have been vacaying there since 2008! Everything was laid and modern! The appliances, countertops, and the electronic shades were very nice! The master bathroom was tiled and very open! Everything was top notch! This space is really for adults only! Maybe one well-behaved kid can tag along. Good views over the property and the 16th floor catches all the sea breeze! Overlooking the pool and the beach and into Pensacola at night is a good vibe. Easy walk to the main lobby and to the beach. Enjoyed it fully!"

"This 2 bed/2.5 bath condo was gorgeous, stylishly decorated, and provides both great bay and gulf views from the 16th floor. We were very comfortable and had an awesome time on a family vacation. We had a couple + 1 child and grandparents and there was plenty of space for us. Lots of kitchen gadgets and serve ware for cooking meals - I recommend though bringing your own spices and kitchen towels. The beds were comfy and the master shower felt like a 5-star hotel. Also, recommend bringing extra towels or beach towels for bathing so that you aren’t doing a load of towels daily. Resort amenities were fantastic and each tower has its own heated pool & spa, plus the bigger pool + bar/restaurant at the lifestyle center. We also took the resort-sponsored dolphin cruise ($35 per adult) and it was wonderful! We’ll definitely be coming back!"

"Amazing view! This condo is exactly as pictured but the view more spectacular than pictured. The location is perfect being just a short drive from restaurants. We did not try the restaurants on-site so I cannot speak to those. The pool was warmed to the perfect temperature & we enjoyed the hot tub every evening since it was a bit cooler during our stay. We cannot wait to return."
