Inside your comfortable retreat, you’ll find spacious accommodations and thoughtful amenities to make your stay a constant pleasure for your family and friends. This beautiful skyhome is equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, a private balcony, full-service kitchen, washer and dryer (in unit), flat screen tv’s and Wi-Fi to use at your leisure. Outside, the private balcony overlooks the resort’s lifestyle center & pool. Unwind after a day at the beach with front row seats to a breathtaking evening sunset directly from your balcony. 2-1509 is located steps away from the tower’s heated pool and spa and offers easy access to all Resort amenities including the Spa, Fitness Center, and on-site restaurants: Coastal and Al Fresco. Onsite rentals of bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and other equipment is available. This unit features a King, Queen and Sofa Sleeper bedding to accommodate up to 6 guests.

I would absolutely recommend this condo for all types and durations of vacations or staycations, large and small parties. It is by far our favorite vacation destination rental, and we can’t wait until we get to come back each time.

"This is the first time we have stayed in a resort instead of a private home & the experience was absolutely amazing!!!! The resort had everything that you could want right at your fingertips! The food at the restaurant was AMAZING!! The beach access was extremely close & accommodating, we had so many activities to choose from and my favorite thing about it all was waking up every morning to a beautiful view from the floor to ceiling windows!!"

I cannot say enough good things about this condo and resort. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful. We were blown away by the beautiful finishings, decor, the views are AMAZING. There are beautiful water views from the main living area and both bedrooms. Flat screen TVs in every room and very comfortable beds. The balcony is spacious with ample seating, overlooking Santa Rosa, the main pool, and the lifestyle center. You also have a beautiful view of the gulf as well. Sitting on the balcony for morning coffee and at night with a glass of wine was my favorite, so peaceful and quiet. The condo is perfectly clean and wonderfully stocked with all the kitchen utilities you may need. The resort itself is beautifully kept and has many things to do for adults and children as well. Every employee we encountered was super friendly and so helpful from start to finish. We will absolutely be back!!

"We had a wonderful experience in this beautiful Portofino condo. The unit has been tastefully updated. The furnishings are very nice and comfortable. The kitchen has been upgraded with top-of-the-line appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need. Enjoyed the location, very close to the beautiful Portofino pool and restaurant. We have stayed in several different units at Portofino, and this was definitely one of the nicest. Highly recommend!!"

Beautiful place with amazing views. Condo is luxurious with plenty of room and amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped with all new great appliances. We went offshore fishing and caught our limit of red snapper. We came back to condo and cooked a great meal that we ate overlooking the water.

The condo was decorated perfectly. Super clean. TVs in every room. Views were unbelievable, you could see the sound side and the gulf side from the balcony. Everything you need in the kitchen to make a home cooked meal. The resort has a great massage and facial resort that my wife enjoyed. Would absolutely stay here again.
